Fairlie House is a stunning mud brick and cedar house situated on Lights Rd, Ocean beach. It is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom (plus extra outdoor shower) home with a beautiful sheoak kitchen, a large open living area with high exposed beam roofs, aswell as a decking area out the front Fairlie is perfect for entertaining. Stay warm with the open fire and a pot belly fire.
Well behaved dogs are welcome at Fairlie but remain the responsibility of owners at all times. ### THE PROPERTY IS NOT FENCED. $25 dog fee. Dogs are allowed inside but not in bedrooms or on the furniture.

Cancellation Policy
BOND POLICY: A pre-authorised bond of $200 is applicable to all bookings and will be taken on day of arrival. This bond will be released seven days after date of arrival providing the property is left in good order

MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Full refund LESS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: One nights tariff PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund.
